About Us

Mental Health Focused NDIS Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching in Melbourne

True Support Team is an NDIS-registered provider specialising in mental health, autism, ADHD, complex behaviour and forensic mental health.

We work with people whose lives are often messy, layered and hard to fit into neat boxes – including autistic and ADHD participants, people with complex or long-term mental health conditions, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, justice-involved and forensic participants, and trans and gender diverse people who need compassionate, inclusive support.

Based in Melbourne, Victoria, we provide NDIS support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching for people with psychosocial disability and higher or more complex needs – practical, honest support that is firmly on your side.

Lusya

Coming from a community healthcare background, Lusya moved into the NDIS space in 2020. Since then, she has built strong knowledge of the NDIS, its legislation and complex care coordination, and now provides both support coordination and Specialist Support Coordination for people with higher and more complex needs

Her expertise is in supporting participants with higher and more complex needs, including autism, ADHD, trauma and complex PTSD, anxiety and other mental health conditions, neurodivergence, forensic mental health, alcohol and other drug (AOD) issues, and involvement with social services.

Lusya’s approach is calm and empathetic, while still being strongly advocacy-driven.
